Disabled ticket buyers

If you need assistive devices to get around, such as a wheelchair, walker, or other, we kindly ask you to purchase a handicap ticket. Typically, a limited number of tickets will be available for disabled ticket buyers. In certain cases, it is even possible to bring an attendant free of charge. This depends on the event and can be read about in the description of the individual event. Handicap tickets are not sold online, but only through Eventim’s Customer Service at tel. +46 (0) 771 130 150.

Eventim or the promoter cannot guarantee that access to the individual venues is appropriate for those with ambulatory difficulties. Therefore, you should always buy a special ticket, if you have particular needs in this regard. For more specific information, you can check the information for the individual venue on this site.

Other types of tickets

In some cases, you can buy special types of tickets, which provide either special access or a specific discount for events sold through Eventim. This will be apparent from ticket categories for each event.

• Children

All audience members normally need their own ticket, even infants, unless otherwise indicated in the description of the individual event.
Children are always welcome, unless there is an age limit for the event. Please note, however, that certain events may have a high decibel level, which is not suitable for children.
If there is an age limit, this will be indicated in the description of the individual event.

• Youth

This ticket type will indicate an age, which the person using the ticket needs to be able to document. For example, it may say “Youth under 25”. In this case the person must be younger than 25, meaning they must not have turned 25 by the time the event takes place. In case of a membership, the age at the time of purchase apply.

• Students

With this ticket type, a valid student ID indicating the expiration date must be presented, along with a valid picture ID at the entrance of the event.

• Senior citizens

In order to use a senior citizen ticket, the holder must be at least 65 years old and be able to document this.
If you are an early retiree, you need to be able to show your ID card.

• Group discount

Only in very few cases is it possible to receive a group discount. It will be stated under the individual event, if a group discount is available. Group tickets must often be bought over the phone at Eventim’s Customer Service due to the limitation of 10 tickets per purchase online.
