I samband med föreställningar öppnar Lisebergs Gästservice två timmar före föreställning. De dagar Lisebergsparken har öppet, öppnar Gästservice vid Huvudentrén en timme innan parken öppnar, och stänger samtidigt som Lisebergsparken.
