When your purchase is completed, you will receive an email as confirmation of your purchase. The email will also include your Print@Home ticket. Please consider the environment. Do not print your ticket on paper, but show the pdf on your phone.
Please note that not all events offer Print@Home tickets.
Please note that any misuse of tickets is regarded as fraud and will be reported to the police.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after your purchase, do the following:
- If you completed the purchase while you were logged in on your account, you can log back in and resend the confirmation email. Alternatively, you can download the tickets directly from your account.
- Check your email’s spam filter for missing mail
- Call Eventim’s customer service on: +46 (0) 771 130 150
If our customer service is closed and the tickets are to be used the same day, try to contact the event venue or alternatively bring identification to the event and try to get help from the staff at the location.
If you lost your printed ticket, please contact our Customer Service. We will cancel your tickets and send you new ones. In such cases you will have to pay an additional cancellation fee of SEK 100 plus any ticket fee for the reprinting.
