General information about ticket purchase
Always use the buttons on Eventim’s pages to navigate, do not use the browser navigation. If you use the latter there is a risk of lost tickets, or that you end up on the wrong date, event or seat.
Be careful when you enter your payment information. The payment will be rejected if the information is entered inaccurately, and in the worst case you may lose your tickets. Your purchase is not completed until a receipt appears on the screen. Without a visible receipt your purchase has not been carried through.
A confirmation email, including your receipt, will also be sent to the email address that you provided. Receipts are issued in the order in which purchases are completed. During peak-periods it may therefore take some time before you receive a confirmation email.
Always verify your order – in the order summary – during the purchase process to insure that it is correct, and not include any errors. Click on the plus (+) on your selected event in order to get further details. For example, row and seat number for your current order.
Popular events
Purchasers of tickets to popular events will then be sent through to the purchase process to prevent the site from getting overloaded.
Make the ticketing process faster and easier by following these instructions:
- Create an account and login before the sale begins. This allows you to proceed in the purchase process without entering and double checking the information.
- Have only one window with Eventim open. Having multiple windows open creates unnecessary pressure on the system. This might lead to a false estimation of the amount of queuing customers.
- Only click once on each button, we are handling many requests, and the response time may take longer than normally.
- We strongly advise you to accept your allocated seat and not to return and check for other available seats. There are many people waiting in queue and you cannot be sure that you will be offered other seats if you click “no thanks”.

Purchase tickets via customer service. You will receive a place in queue when you call us. If the queue gets filled you will hear a busy signal. If so, hang up and try again later.
Keep your credit card readily available as you will be directly guided to the purchase.
