Michael Monroe (Matti Fagerholm, ibland som Macke Fagerholm eller Makkonen) är en finsk musiker, mest känd som sångare för glamrockbandet Hanoi Rocks.
Michael har förutom sitt arbete med Hanoi Rocks gett ut fem soloskivor och kollaborerat med en uppsjö av olika artister. Han är en multiinstrumentalist som spelar bland annat gitarr, bas, piano, saxofon och munharmonika. Michael nådde aldrig stjärnstatus (tvärtom verkar han på senare år ha gjort det mesta för att komma undan den), men har fungerat som en förebild för många stora 80-tals- och 90-talsartister.
Hanoi Rocks återförenades 2001 och har spelat in 3 skivor på 2000-talet. Av originalmedlemmarna fanns Michael Monroe och gitarristen Andy McCoy kvar. Hanoi Rocks kastade in handduken för gott 2009.
