John Achkar is a Lebanese comedian, TV personality and storyteller whose stand-up moves between the personal and the political. His comedy is fast, honest and often uncomfortably accurate, which has made him one of the most compelling names in Arabic stand-up right now.

This is a show that wants to entertain, but also push a little deeper. Funny, outspoken and close to real life, it revolves around the values we inherit, the systems we get stuck in, and who we become when we start taking a closer look at all of it.

In October, John Achkar comes to Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm for three Swedish dates with a show that offers both recognition and a lot of laughter.
