How do I know if the payment has gone through?
After each payment attempt, we will send you a confirmation email. This will indicate whether the payment has successfully gone through, or if it has failed. Already at the first payment you will receive an email with a link to your payment plan where you, throughout the process, can find historical and forthcoming payments. This page is automatically updated when a new payment is processed.
If you received a new credit card during your installment period you will receive an email stating that the payment was not successfully completed. To continue your payment plan, follow the link in the email to your payment page, click "Pending Renewal" and update your credit card information.
Due to security reasons, the issuing bank of your credit card and your IP address must be located in the same country. Accordingly, not all foreign cards are accepted on eventim.se. This is an unfortunate, yet necessary safety measure, to prevent fraud with foreign credit cards. If you experience any problems when processing your payment, please contact our customer service on: +46 (0) 771 130 150. We hope you have understanding for these necessary safety measures and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Klarna:
You can also pay with Klarna for multiple events, where it is also possible to pay later or pay in parts. How do I pay with Klarna:
- Choose Klarna (Pay later/pay in parts) as payment method when you complete your purchase on Eventim.se
- Beside your order confirmation you will receive a separate invoice from Klarna with all the payment information
- If you choose “pay later” you have 14 days to pay your invoice. If you have chosen “pay in parts” you will receive information from Klarna on how and when to complete your payment
Please be aware that it is not possible to use Klarna as a payment method for all events.
