Eventim sends tickets to all over world. The tickets are sent to you as soon as possible and you receive them no later than 7 business days after the purchase. For international deliveries, the expected delivery time is 14 days. The tickets are sent to you by regular mail to the address you provided upon purchase. Eventim’s barcode system ensures that your ticket can not be copied or otherwise forged. Accordingly, it is not necessary to send the tickets by priority mail.
Please note that longer delivery times may occur for special events. You will always receive an email when the tickets are sent.
If you have not received the ticket by mail, Eventim is able to print a new ticket without additional cost or risk. The new ticket comes with a new barcode, whereas the old ticket is annulled and can no longer be used.
For reprint of tickets that are lost in the mail, please contact Eventim no later than 7 days after your purchase. After 30 days, the ticket will be considered as “lost after delivery” and you will then have to purchase a new ticket.
If you lose your ticket after delivery, you must pay a fee to get your ticket reprinted. The handling fee for reprint of a lost ticket is SEK 60 plus any additional ticket fees and delivery fee.
When reprinting has been completed, it is not possible to regret the reprint as the original tickets have been cancelled and can no longer be used.
