Has the ticket been stolen?
It is possible for Eventim to reprint a ticket for you. The new ticket comes with a new barcode, whereas the old ticket is annulled and can no longer be used.
You should contact Eventim and ask for a reprint of your ticket if the ticket has been lost in the mail. This must be done no later than 7 business days after you purchased the ticket. After 7 days the ticket will be considered as “lost after delivery” and you must pay the reprinting fee of SEK 100 for having the ticket reissued.
If your ticket has been stolen, or if you have lost it after delivery there is an additional fee if you wish to receive a new ticket. The reprinting fee for a lost ticket is SEK 100. If your ticket has been stolen try to report the theft to your insurance company. Some insurance companies will refund your ticket.
If you are missing your ticket, please contact Eventim´s Customer Service on: +46 (0)771 130 150. Our Customer Service is open Monday-Thursday, 10:00-17:00 and Friday 10:00-15:30. You will be asked to provide your order number or the phone number you ordered the tickets from, so please have this information readily available. With your credit card at an easy access, the service will run even better.
If your tickets is lost right before an event, there is not always time to send you new tickets. Please call our Customer Service on: +46 (0)771 130 150, and we might come up with a solution. It is sometimes possible to pick up your ticket at the event venue right before the event. If your ticket is personal, and you pick it up at the event venue, please remember to bring a valid ID. Only the person who purchased the tickets is allowed to retrieve them.
If our opening hours and the time of the event do not coincide – try to contact the organizer of the event who, in some cases, might be able to help you with the tickets.
