Ordering

By using our configurator, you can personalize your EVENTIM gift voucher to suit the occasion. To do this, select a motif of your choice and customize the personal message. After you have selected the desired amount, you can add the voucher to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can then select the desired shipping method.

Redemption

You can redeem the gift voucher for ticket purchases at www.eventim.se. To do this, first select your desired event and place it in the shopping cart. By entering the voucher code in the shopping cart, the amount will be deducted from the purchase price. Any remaining amount will be kept on the voucher for future purchases. EVENTIM wishes you a lot of fun!.

Vouchers can be redeemed within 12 months after date of issue. Any remaining credit cannot be paid out, but will remain with you for the validity period of your gift voucher. You can redeem several gift vouchers in one order. A subsequent credit of a voucher to an order already placed is not possible. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers or be cashed out.
