Privacy Notice
1. Introduction
1.1 This Privacy Notice is information to you because Eventim Sverige AB collects data about you.
2 Controller of Personal Data
2.1 Eventim (Eventim Sverige AB), Pyramidvägen 7, 169 91 Solna - Org. nr. 556805-2913 is the data controller. This means that we are responsible for your personal data.
3. Purpose of the Collection of Personal Data and Legal Basis
3.1 We will ensure that your personal data is collected and processed only in accordance with the following purposes:
a) to facilitate the delivery of products and/or services ordered by you; for this purpose we name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events), payment transaction data
b) to answer your questions or complaints; for this purpose we collect name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events), payment transaction data
c) to enable you to participate in a contest or promotion; for this purpose we collect name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events)
d) to provide you with information about other products and services we offer that are similar to those that you have already ordered or enquired about; for this purpose we collect name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events)
e) to notify you about event changes; for this purpose we collect name, phone number, e-mail
f) to help us improve our websites, products and services; for this purpose we collect name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events), web behavior
g) to make profiles in order to send you personalised marketing. The interests pursued in terms of profiling is to get an understanding of your preferences in order to enable Eventim Sverige AB to personalise advertisements, and thereby provide you with more relevant offers on goods and services. The logic involved in the automated processing in relation to profiling is statistics and analyses; for this purpose we collect name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events), web behavior.

3.3 Our legal basis for processing is:
a) Your consent;
b) Processing is necessary for the performance of a purchase agreement to which you are a party;
c) Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation imposed upon Eventim Sverige AB;
d) Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of Eventim Sverige AB or a third party, and this interest overrides the interests of the data subject.
If the legal basis for processing is consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent.
If the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interests of Eventim Sverige AB or a third party: The interests pursued are for example statistics, process optimization etc.
3.3 We keep your personal data until it is no longer relevant for Eventim Sverige AB to keep, as long as compliant with Swedish law. If you pull back your consent as described in section 6, Eventim Sverige AB will keep your personal data for a period of 2 years hereafter, according to a statement from “Forbrugerombudsmanden”, before deletion takes place. If your consent has not been used for more than 2 years Eventim Sverige AB will delete your personal data as well. However, independent of GDPR, all transaction data will be stored for 7 years according to the Swedish Accounting Act.
4. Your rights
4.1 If you have any questions regarding our processing of your personal data you may contact us by using the contact details described below in section 6.
4.2 You may, at any time, request access to your personal data and that incorrect personal data be rectified, deleted, or changed by using the contact details described below in section 6. You may also request restriction, data portability or object to us processing your data, including pulling back your consent.
4.3 If you have any complaints about our processing of your personal data, you may contact the Swedish Data Protection Agency.
4.4 You have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
5.1 We may disclose personal data to affiliate or subsidiary companies, as well as professional advisors in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5.2 Our employees, agents, business partners, vendors and/or suppliers may have access to your personal data on a limited as needed basis in order to deliver a service to us or to enable them to act on our behalf in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5.3 We reserve the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, or to co-operate with any legal investigation.

5.7 When paying with Klarna, please note that both Klarna and Eventim acts as independent data controller for the personal information you provide in connection with your purchase. This means that Klarna is processing your personal data. You can read Klarna’s privacy policy here
Processing for analytical purposes
1. When you visit our websites, we may analyse and document how you use our websites, e.g. your surfing behaviour on our websites, which events and areas on our website you are interested in and, if you purchase a ticket from us, your order and shopping cart data. Furthermore, we aggregate this data in order to be able to evaluate, for example, the number of website visitors and their origin. For this purpose, we process the following personal data:
• IP address (shortened)
• Cookies (see Cookie information Websites)
• E-mail address (hashed)
Hashing uses a function whereby your e-mail address is pseudonymized in a non-reversible manner.
2. We process your personal data on the basis of your consent as defined in Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.
3. For this analysis, we use Google Analytics 360, a web analysis service of Google Ireland Ltd. ("Google"), on our website. Google Analytics 360 uses cookies that enable an analysis of the use of our websites. The information generated by the cookie about the use of our websites is in general transferred via a server operated by us in Europe to Google Analytics 360 in the US and stored there. This data transfer takes place on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses. This ensures adequate protection of your personal data. We shorten your IP address on the server we operate before it is transferred to a Google Analytics 360 server. An exception to this are websites that we operate under joint responsibility with our partners, there your information will be transferred to Google Analytics 360 after using IP anonymization on our websites. If you are in the European Union, this function shortens your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. On behalf of EVENTIM, Google Analytics 360 will use this information to evaluate the use of the websites, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide EVENTIM with further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet. 4. . We use the product analytics tool Mixpanel to analyse and improve the use of our websites and apps. Mixpanel Inc. supports us in better understanding user behaviour, replaying pseudonymised sessions, conducting A/B tests and feature experiments, connecting data with our internal systems, and analysing key figures in relation to business performance. The following information is processed using cookies and similar technologies: - Technical data about your device and browser - Usage interaction with the website and app (e.g., clicks, navigation, feature usage) - Session flows and derived statistics - Pseudonymised identifiers (e.g., hashed email address) The processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of consent within the meaning of Art. 6 Para 1 Sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR. As Mixpanel is based in the USA, data is transferred there. An adequate level of protection is ensured by the partner’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additional technical and organisational measures. We apply technological and organizational security measures to protect the data we have access to against misuse, loss or manipulation. From the moment that we receive the information, you can trust that we govern the information with confidentiality and security in accordance with the regulations hereof (1998:204).
Purchasing/ordering
In order to buy tickets at Eventim.se, you must register as a user and provide your name, address, and credit card. The information is used to complete the transaction. If there are problems with a purchase, if, for instance, there is a cancellation or the like, the information will be used to contact you.
In addition to the personal data mentioned in our Privacy Notice, information about purchases is stored to the extent Eventim Sverige AB is obligated to do so, according to the applicable law, including the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
Additionally to our Privacy Notice, we can use your personal data to contact you regarding information about events that may be of your interest. Should your personal data be used in connection with marketing related matters, this will always be conducted in accordance to regulations in force, including the Swedish marketing law.

Hur länge sparar vi cookies?
