Eventim, the Event Organiser and Third Parties retain ownership of all rights to the Platforms and Products, as well as all trade names, trademarks and service marks associated with or appearing in connection with them. When you download software from the Platforms or any app provider, in connection with the Platforms, Eventim grants you only a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use such software. With regard to open source or third-party code that may be incorporated into the Platforms, such open source or third-party code is covered by the applicable open source or third-party licence (EULA), if any, permitting the use of such code.
